Send a request for a gift card to the e-mail info@premiummedical.lv, indicating the selected amount and the name of the person to whom the gift is addressed. Upon receipt of the request, you will receive confirmation and payment will be required. A gift card with the specified amount and person's name will then be sent to your e-mail or you can pick it up at clinic.
